Returns - Return of Funds: Blind Resistance Brand stands behind the quality of every product sold. We're happy to accommodate return requests within 15 days of item receipt. The customer is responsible for Return Shipping and Handling fees to our warehouse. Blind Resistance Brand will return funds to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Funds will appear in your account within 5-10 days of our receipt of the authorized returned merchandise. Please only return the product to us with store authorization and within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not accept it, and you will be responsible for returning the shipping fees to your location.

Holiday Items: We understand that the hustle and bustle of the holidays can be overwhelming, and time can get away from us. Therefore, we're happy to accommodate return requests within 30 days of item receipt for all holiday items not marked as final purchases.

Returns - Store Credit: To apply for store credit, select Store Credit when prompted for the payment method. The customer is responsible for Return Shipping and handling fees to our warehouse. Please only return the product to us with store authorization and within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not accept it, and you will be responsible for returning the shipping fees to your location. Store credit balances will be applied after  Blind Resistance Brand has received the authorized returned merchandise. Store credit will remain available in the customer's account until used.

Restocking fee: There's a 15% fee to process store credit. Blind Resistance Brand will deduct the portion from the gross sales amount you paid for your order, and the balance will be credited back to you. 

Item Exchange - Store Credit:  Blind Resistance Brand will honor item exchanges for automatic store credit within 15 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for Return Shipping and Handling fees to our warehouse. The best way to exchange an item is to purchase the item you want from our website and apply for a return of the unused item. Items will not be eligible for a return after 15 days of receipt. See our Return Policy.

Returns & Exchange Conditions: 

 Blind Resistance Brand will honor all item Returns and Exchanges that meet the following conditions:

Timeline: Customers must request an item exchange within five days of receipt. Customers must return purchased items to us within 15 days of receipt. 

Product Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the condition in which they were packaged and sent. Products returned to us covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that smell washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke or cologne and have deodorant markings or sweat stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale," including Holiday items, are final, with no exchanges or returns accepted. 

Tracking a Return or Exchange: If you have already gone through our online process to return, exchange, or get store credit for your item, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Once your return is processed, you will receive a receipt for the merchandise confirmation email. 

Incorrect or Damaged Item: If you have received the wrong or defective item and request a refund or exchange, please email help@blindresistance.com. Include the Order Number, a photo of the item and the packing list, and the following information used at the time of purchase: Name, Email, and Phone Number. Please indicate whether you would like a refund or to send another product. Upon confirmation, we will create a return label for you to ship the item within 5-7 business days.  

Important Note: A photograph demonstrates the print's quality or the item's damaged area. Send pictures taken on flat surfaces with the tag and error displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future printing.
